CUPPING THERAPY

A form of massage therapy, this ancient practice involves placing specialized cups over a patient's soft tissue using vacuum suction. This technique has been proven to relieve muscle tension and pain, reduce the body's inflammation, along with promoting blood flow & cell repair.

TUI NA MASSAGE

Considered one of the oldest systems of body work & one of the four main branches of Chinese medicine, Tui Na is a form of massage that focuses on balancing one's energy by using pressure points, joint rotations, and stretches in order to bring the body balance, while focusing on the restoration of physiological & emotional balance.

NEUROMUSCULAR THERAPY

A form of soft tissue manual therapy approach that aims to alleviate chronic muscle & nervous system disorders and problems. It is mainly utilized to identify and correct trigger points, improve circulation, decompress nerves, assess and restore postural issues & relieve repetitive movement injuries. The aim of a neuromuscular manual therapy is to go straight to the source of your muscular pain and alleviate it. Our therapist, Ulises Flores, LMT has been practicing clinical bodywork therapy since 1998. He is knowledgeable in diverse manual therapy methods like Myofascial Release, Trigger Point, Acupressure, Cross-Fiber, Muscle Achoring (like ART) and others.
